What is included in car rental?

When you are looking for the rental price, you must know what is included in the specified price. Customer needs are different and you need to be sure that you are paying for what you really want.

The following is included in the price:

  • Basic insurance up to the deductible amount (CDW)
  • Theft protection (TP)
  • Unlimited mileage
  • Tax

What do I need to submit during the car pickup?

When picking up the vehicle, you are obliged to present your:

  • driving licence 
  • credit card
  • passport or ID card

Since the rental price includes basic insurance, the agent will ask you if you want additional insurance. Please read the insurance section which you can find on our website. You will receive a Rental Agreement to read and sign it. It indicates all the important costs, as well as the insurance you have selected. You will inspect the car to see in what condition you are taking over the vehicle and sign a document to confirm it. This procedure is necessary to determine any damage incurred during your rental. After that you will receive the car keys, a copy of the Rental Agreement and a form on the condition of the car.

Can a cash deposit be placed instead of credit card as a guarantee?

As a guarantee, no cash deposit can be placed due to the possibility of additional charges. Various parking tickets, traffic offences, etc. are sometimes delivered to our address 15-30 days after the vehicle has been returned. In case of a cash deposit, we have no means to settle such additional charges with.

What if I do not receive a full fuel tank?

If you receive a non-refueled vehicle, you will return the vehicle with the tank filled up to the same level as you received it. If you return more than you have received, the difference will not be refunded.

How long does the vehicle pickup procedure last?

The vehicle pickup procedure lasts for 5-10 minutes.

Is it possible to postpone the date of return during the rental, i.e. extend the rental?

During the rental period, you can call us and extend your rental to the desired date. Additional rental days will be charged according to the valid price list.

What is not covered by insurance?

The insurance does not cover lost keys and vehicle documents. It does not include pouring the wrong fuel, it does not cover damage to the engine and transmission caused by incorrect handling by the driver. Also, the insurance is not covered if the user is under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants. The insurance does not cover any form of traffic fines or parking fines.
